The Crystal Healing Diploma is an IPHM accredited, online, self-paced programme that qualifies you to practice crystal healing professionally and apply for practitioner insurance on completion.
Crystal healing is a complementary therapy that uses the energetic properties of crystals and gemstones to support balance and wellbeing in the physical, emotional and energetic body. Crystals are placed on or around the body, or used in the practitioner’s energy field, with the intention of clearing blockages, restoring flow and supporting the body’s own capacity for self-regulation.
The practice draws on the principle that crystals carry specific vibrational frequencies which interact with the human energy field and the chakra system. Different crystals are associated with different qualities and energy centres: clear quartz amplifies and clarifies, amethyst supports calm and spiritual awareness, rose quartz works with the heart and compassion, black tourmaline offers grounding and protection, and citrine is associated with confidence and abundance, among many others.
In professional practice, crystal healing is used as a standalone therapy or integrated with other modalities including Reiki, energy healing, chakra work and coaching. As a qualified and insured crystal healing practitioner you can offer sessions independently or as part of a wider holistic practice.

Yes. The Crystal Healing Diploma at Soul Awakening Academy is accredited by the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM). IPHM accreditation is recognised by professional holistic insurance providers including Westminster Global. On completion of the diploma you can apply for practitioner insurance and work with clients commercially, exactly as you would with an in-person qualification.
Most students complete the Crystal Healing Diploma within six to twelve weeks studying at a comfortable pace. There is no deadline and you have lifetime access to the course, so you can take longer if needed or return to the materials after qualifying. The course is delivered in clear modules so you always know where you are and what comes next.
Unless otherwise stated, our courses are delivered online via our learning portal and are self-study with no time limits.
A professional crystal healing course covers the properties and uses of the most widely practised healing crystals, how the chakra system relates to crystal selection, practical techniques for using crystals in client sessions including placement, layouts and pendulum work, how to cleanse and programme crystals, how to structure and deliver a professional session, and the ethical and professional standards expected of a qualified practitioner.
Crystal healing works well as a standalone practice or as a complementary addition to an existing holistic therapy or coaching practice. Many practitioners offer crystal healing alongside Reiki, energy healing, chakra work or holistic coaching. The therapy is widely sought after and the barrier to entry is lower than many other complementary professions. The most important factor for a sustainable practice is a proper accreditation that allows you to be insured and positioned professionally.
